When Family Car Buyers purchases a vehicle, we usually come and pick up the vehicle with a tow truck. Our certified locations program is designed for our customers who have running cars that would rather be a “walk-in” customer vs doing their vehicle transaction over the phone and through our website.
Towing Partners
Customer service and professionalism is our #1 priority at Family Car Buyers. This includes having high expectations for our towing partners. There are two ways that your independent towing company can benefit from our partner program:
1) Send us referrals for your customers’ cars that are junk or heavily damaged. This is similar to our referral partners, but has tougher requirements and higher payout rates.
2) Join our extended towing network in zip codes where we need additional tow trucks. Currently all of our service areas are filled, but we are accepting wait-list applications.
Referral Partners
Do you know someone with a junk car that they need to get rid of? Refer a friend to Family Car Buyers and we will give you $25.00 for each of your friend that uses our services. (We currently have a $500.00 limit on referrals per customer)
